Dear members,
The New Year is coming soon. We would like to remind you to pay your membership dues betimes. This is for the sake of maintaining the normal operation of the association. In order to ensure the benefit of our members, and to ensure of the insurance companies to be able to verify the active members list of our association promptly and accurately, the annual active members list will be updated on the website on March 31 (This list will be updated quarterly. We urge you to renew your membership before March 31.
CSCMA has redesigned a new certificate for members. The new certificate does not require a photo. Members who have renewed their 2009 membership will be getting the new certificate. We encourage members to participate in activities organized by the association; at the same time certificates can be picked up during the activities. It can be picked up at the CSCMA office as well. This can reduce the workload of our office staff for sending out the certificates. Members who are not able to pick up the certificate, they may pay a $20.00 of shipping and handling fee to have the certificate sent to them.
In order to safeguard the dignity of the Association and the seriousness of registration, the Executive committee has decided that the late membership renewal will be required to pay a late payment fee:
Membership dues paid prior to March 31 is $100.00.
Membership dues paid after March 31 and before June 30 will be $120.00.
Membership dues paid after June 30 and before December 31 will be $140.00.
Members who have not renewed their membership for two years will be in accordance with a re-registration review.
New member抯 registration fee:
First half of the year (from January to June 30) registration fee is $380.00.
Second half of the year (from July to December) fee is $330.00
Please write checks payable to CSCMA, and mail it to our head office for membership renewal. Please remember to write down your name and membership number on the check or on a piece of paper when sending checks to the office. You can come to our office to renew your membership by paying with debit card (bank card), major credit cards or check. Our head office address is listed below:

You may also pay by credit card over the phone or by email. Upon receiving your payment, we will issue a receipt to you along with the yearly membership stickers (one for the certificate and one for the membership card). Please note that it is necessary to keep all your receipts for future verification reference. There are three other places you may renew your membership by cheque or cash only. Please see detail below.
