World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies - WFCMS
The WFCMS is an international non-profit scientific body. It is composed of TCM professional organizations from all continents. It is committed to foster cooperation and understanding between all its member organizations, to support scientific exchanges between professionals from all countries, to raise the level of practice of TCM, to protect and develop TCM and further its integration in public health systems, to promote exchanges and collaboration between TCM and other medicines so as to contribute to the well-being of the world population.

The Canadian Society of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture (CSCMA)
The Canadian Society of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture (CSCMA) was established in February of 1994. As of July 2005 has 1500 members, 85% of whom have at least a post-secondary education. Many are medical specialists with PhD??s or senior academic teaching posts. CSCMA is Canada??s largest and most prestigious professional organization of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and acupuncture. Its members come from across Canada, although 80% reside in Ontario and the metro Toronto area.
CSCMA is a national federally incorporated non-profit association of TCM and acupuncture practitioners and TCM pharmacists. Non-political and religious, CSCMA is a professional organization with head quarters in Toronto.
CSCMA is led by a standing executive committee. The President is responsible for day-to-day administration. The President and standing executive committee are elected democratically by our members for a term of 4 years.
The oath of CSCMA: be of one heart and one mind, carry forward TCM, good faith and devotion, heal the wounded and rescue the diseased.
